The presentation also gave an iso 9001 introduction to the Rolls-Royce ‘internal quality management certification process linked to various “Belts” and improvement DMAIC methodology. The many questions and comments from participants showed that the member meeting gave academic Feast and inspiration for their own improvement efforts.
